Recruit Applicants: ** ATTENTION NEW APPLICATION/TESTING PROCEDURE FOR POLICE OFFICER, DISPATCHER AND EMERGENCY CALL TAKER **
In order to better serve and accommodate applicants applying for police officer, we are now utilizing National Testing Network to administer the written and physical agility phases of the testing process. Location of testing Facility: Arizona Testing Center, 4840 South 33rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85040, 866-563-3882
We will be holding informational sessions to brief prospective applicants on the testing process and answer any questions that applicants may have regarding the testing, application, background process and or the police department.
Applicants are not required to attend the information session, as it is strictly voluntary. The informational sessions are designed to assist applicants by providing a forum to have questions answered and clarify the testing and background procedures. In the sessions we will discuss the written test and formal phases of the process. Additionally, we will discuss the basic qualifications as well as criteria for disqualification of applicants. Although not required applicants are welcome to bring a resume to the informational sessions for background detectives to review.
The first thing an applicant will need to do is to go to www.nationaltestingnetwork.com and register to take the written exam for Police Officer Recruit, Dispatcher and Emergency Call Taker.
